- 10 min — you talk. Tell me what your business looks like, where leads come from now, what's broken
- 5 min — I walk you through how the system would slot in for your specific situation
- 5 min — Q&A. If it's a fit, I tell you what tier (DIY / Built / Done), what it costs, and how long deployment takes
If it's not a fit, I tell you that too. I'd rather lose a fit-check call than win a wrong-fit client.
