By texting a keyword (such as AI, RE, or FAT) to (661) 295-0810, you affirmatively consent to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Connor MacIvor and his affiliated services (collectively, "Connor MacIvor"). Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
What you'll receive
- A welcome message with the free educational resource you requested
- A topic-relevant follow-up sequence of approximately 5–10 messages over 2–4 weeks, containing educational content, event invitations, and occasional promotional offers from Connor MacIvor's services
- Message frequency varies. Typical cadence is 2–5 messages per week during the active nurture period and 0–2 messages per week thereafter
Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply. Connor MacIvor does not charge for the messages themselves; however, your mobile carrier may charge you based on your plan. Contact your wireless provider for details about your messaging plan.
How to stop messages
You can stop receiving messages at any time by replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message you receive. You will receive one final confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. After that, no further messages will be sent unless you opt back in by texting a keyword again.

Supported carriers
This service is compatible with major U.S. mobile carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost Mobile, Cricket, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, Virgin Mobile, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Data we collect
When you opt in by texting a keyword, we collect your mobile phone number, the keyword you sent, the timestamp, and the resulting opt-in status. We may also collect additional information you voluntarily provide in response to our messages (such as your name or address if you respond to a request for a home valuation).
We do not sell your phone number or text-message content to third parties. We may share your information with service providers (such as our SMS platform vendor and our CRM provider) for the sole purpose of delivering the messages you have consented to receive.

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion of that information, and to opt out of the sale of personal information. We may update these SMS terms periodically. The current version is always available at https://goattractor.com/sms-terms. Continued participation in the SMS program after we post changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
