GoAttractor ("we," "us") is operated by Connor MacIvor in Santa Clarita, California. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have over it.

• Your name, email address, phone number, and mailing address when you submit forms on our site or text a keyword to our SMS number
• Property information (address, square footage, upgrades) if you submit the SCV home value tool
• Any additional information you voluntarily provide in response to our messages or forms
• Technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and device type, collected automatically when you visit our site

How we use your information

We use the information you provide solely for the purpose of delivering the services you have requested, including:

• Sending you the educational resources you requested (the lead magnets behind each keyword)
• Following up with relevant content, event invitations, and offers from our services
• Responding to your inquiries and providing customer support
• Improving our site, messages, and services
• Complying with legal obligations

Sharing of information

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We may share your information with service providers that help us operate our business — specifically:

• Our CRM and SMS platform (HonorElevate, built on GoHighLevel/LeadConnector)
• Our email service provider
• Our analytics and hosting providers (Cloudflare)

Each of these vendors is bound by confidentiality and may use your information only to provide services to us. We do not authorize them to use your information for their own marketing purposes.

Your rights

California residents (CCPA)

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, California residents have the right to:

• Know what personal information we collect about them and how we use it
• Delete personal information we hold about them (subject to certain exceptions)
• Opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information)
• Non-discrimination — we will not deny you services, charge different prices, or provide a different quality of service if you exercise any CCPA right

Children's privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us at hello@goattractor.com and we will delete it promptly.

Our site uses minimal tracking. We use Cloudflare for hosting and basic analytics. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or sell visitor data.
